Following are certain troubleshooters in case you have problems in installing & running the application
When installing the application in the default install directory (C:\Program Files (x86)\Gimias\gimias-1.8.r1-win64) you may be prompted with the 'Install Error' saying that you do not have permission to write to C:\Program Files (x86)\Gimias. This could be overcome,
1. either by running the gimias-1.8.r1-win64-setup.exe as 'Administrator'(right mouse click on the file and select 'Run as administrator') if you have administrator permission.
2. or installing the application in any other directory which does not need any administrator permission.
The application by default installs the required Microsoft C and C++ Runtime Libraries for the application to run in your system. But very rarely you may be prompted with the missing DLLs message at the application start. In this case please run the Visual C++ Redistributable Package(vcredist_x64.exe) located in the install directory that you chose to install the application (for instance at C:\Program Files (x86)\Gimias\gimias-1.8.r1-win64)
Type 'sudo dpkg -i package-name.deb'.
